Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before renting a vehicle from KALEXION RENT A CAR LTD. By booking and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Rental Agreement
1.1. The renter must provide a valid driver's license and proof of identity at the time of pickup.
1.2. The rental period begins when the vehicle is handed over to the renter and ends when it is returned to the designated location.
1.3. The vehicle must only be driven by the person(s) named in the rental agreement.
2. Driver Requirements
2.1. The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 Years.
2.2. Additional drivers must be listed in the rental agreement and meet the same requirements.
2.3. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1. A valid credit or debit card is required for booking and security deposit.
3.2. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of the rental period, depending on the agreement.
3.3. Late returns may result in additional fees.
3.4. Any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
4. Insurance and Liability
4.1. Basic insurance is included in the rental price, covering damage to third parties.
4.2. The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle unless additional insurance is purchased.
4.3. The renter is liable for the full cost of repairs if the damage results from reckless driving, negligence, or breach of the rental terms.
5. Fuel Policy
5.1. The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
5.2. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling fee will apply.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental period begins are eligible for a full refund.(- transaction fees)
6.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period begins may be subject to a cancellation fee of [50%].
6.3. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
7. Vehicle Condition and Return
7.1. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
7.2. Any damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
7.3. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in a cleaning fee.
8. Breakdowns and Assistance
8.1. In the event of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 support team immediately at +357 26250040.
8.2. Unauthorized repairs or towing are not permitted and will not be reimbursed.
9. Prohibited Uses
9.1. The vehicle may not be used:
For illegal purposes.
To carry more passengers than the vehicle’s capacity allows.
To transport hazardous materials.
In off-road conditions or races.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
10.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
