1. What documents do I need to rent a car in Cyprus?
You will need a valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years, a passport or ID, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if applicable.
2. What is the minimum age to rent a car?
- The minimum age to rent is 21 and the maximum is 75.
- A valid driving license held for at least 3 years is required.
- Drivers aged 21–24 may be subject to an
additional young driver fee.
3. Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance is always included in every rental. Additional coverages such as CDW, SCDW, or Full Insurance may be available for certain vehicles at an extra charge. Availability depends on the specific car category.
4. Can I take the rental car off-road or to Northern Cyprus?
No. Off-road driving and taking the car to Northern Cyprus is not allowed, as it may void insurance coverage and cause damage.
5. What is your fuel policy?
Our standard policy is “full-to-full.” You receive the car with full amount of fuel and must return it full.
